Work on this project included:

Converting a derelict building into a multi unit space. The project required complete rehabilitation: sewer and water lines, bathroom and kitchen additions, dry rot and structural, foundation, roofing and siding repair, plus all of the interior components.

This unit was converted with the Landlord/Renter in mind. Utilities are correctly monitored per unit, hot water is per unit, yards and access points are secure and private.
